1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AG Audio's services, website, or equipment, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

AG Audio provides professional sound system hire, sound engineering services, and event production support. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Sound system equipment rental
• Professional sound engineers and technical crew
• Event setup and breakdown
• Technical consultation and support
• DJ and artist booking services

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings require a deposit to secure your date. Payment terms are as follows:

• 50% deposit required upon booking confirmation
• Remaining balance due 7 days before the event
• Late payments may result in cancellation of services
• Deposits are non-refundable except in cases of cancellation by AG Audio

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees apply as follows:

• More than 30 days before event: 50% refund of deposit
• 15-30 days before event: 25% refund of deposit
• Less than 15 days before event: No refund

5. Equipment and Liability

When hiring equipment from AG Audio:

• All equipment remains the property of AG Audio
• Client is responsible for equipment security during hire period
• Any damage or loss will be charged at replacement cost
• Equipment must be used in accordance with provided instructions
• AG Audio is not liable for events beyond our control (force majeure)

6. Venue Requirements

Client must ensure the venue has adequate power supply, access, and security for our equipment. Any additional costs incurred due to inadequate venue facilities will be charged to the client.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the AG Audio website, including logos, designs, text, and images, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Artist Applications

By submitting an artist application, you grant AG Audio the right to review your materials and contact you regarding potential bookings. All submitted materials remain your property.

9. Limitation of Liability

AG Audio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Conduct and Safety

Clients and attendees must comply with all venue rules, health and safety regulations, and local laws. AG Audio reserves the right to refuse service or terminate an event if safety or legal concerns arise.

11. Modifications to Terms

AG Audio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
